Removing the arm weights from the bow somehow made it worse so I just let it be. It can also be used to prevent the game from putting those items on sims as well. It makes for a much faster loading time in there. This program can be used to hide those items, so you won't see them in CAS. The bow of the coat extends with the elbow.
